Prepare Your Skin
Start by cleansing your face, then apply a serum or oilso that the gua sha glides easily and protects the skin from irritation.

Position and Angle
Place the tool almost flat against the skin, at a slight angle of about 15°, rather than vertically.

Movements
Perform slow and gentle strokes, following the natural contours of the face, from the center outwards.

Adapted Pressure
Apply light to medium pressure. For sensitive areas such as the eye contour, opt for a very delicate touch.

Regularity
For visible results, use the gua sha every morning and every evening.

Tool Maintenance
After each use, cleanse the gua sha with warm water and a mild soap, then dry it thoroughlybefore storing it.
